THE ASK:

Creative Theory Agency tapped The City Unlimited to produce a short film for The Collective, Google’s internal initiative celebrating Black creatives and community leadership within the company. The brief: create an emotionally resonant, visually rich piece that could anchor their annual global event—screened in large format for internal teams across the organization.

THE DELIVERY:

Spanning three cities across two countries—New York City, Atlanta, and Johannesburg—The City Unlimited led production and post, crafting a short film that honored the diversity and innovation driving Google forward. We worked closely with Creative Theory and Google stakeholders to develop a narrative that spotlighted community, culture, and purpose. The final film premiered at The Collective’s annual gathering, projected on large-format screens, and served as a cornerstone celebration of Google’s DEI-driven storytelling.
